Rinaldi Confectionery produces several styles and sizes of honey nougat, ranging from wrapped softer styles, to a firmer textured nougat that is presented in a beautiful gift box. All have the same silky eating qualities that can be found only in the very finest nougats.

Rinaldi Roasted Almond Nougats

This is our premium gift box honey nougat with roasted almonds, which is available in three honey flavours; Ironbark, Orange Blossom and Leatherwood. It tends to have a firmer texture in the traditional style, and the flavour profile varies slightly according to temperature, which influences the mouth feel and subsequently the eating experience. A gentle warming will soften it.

The Rinaldi Confectionery Experience
Our Roasted Almond gift box honey nougat, which is exquisitely packaged for presentation and protection, and carefully sealed to retain its freshness, has a vibrant flavour and tantalising texture that makes it a superior confection of exquisite taste and peerless quality.

Opening the gift box reveals the golden colour of the sweet lightly roasted almonds veiled by the soft amber white of honey nougat. Slitting open the wrapper releases the ambrosian perfume of vanilla which gently caresses the nose.

Impatiently observing the torrone, the whisper of vanilla entices the senses to take a bite, upon which the Roasted Almond Nougat's wonderful melt
in the mouth quality reveals the hidden flavours of natural honey and sweet lightly roasted almonds.
